Business Development Executive

  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and company goals.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Beauty Trainer (Skincare Education & Brand Training)

We’re seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and confident Beauty Trainer to join our education team. In this role, you will lead product training, hands-on treatment sessions, and skincare workshops for our B2B salon clients.

This is a vital position that bridges the gap between professional products and real-world results, ensuring our partners are well-versed and inspired to use and promote our brands effectively.

  • Conduct comprehensive training on product knowledge and facial treatment protocols.
  • Deliver engaging and professional presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations.
  • Train new salon partners during onboarding and provide continuous education support.
  • Prepare and update training materials, guides, and SOPs.
  • Host in-person and online training sessions across Malaysia.
  • Work alongside the sales team to provide educational support and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback from partners for improvement.
  • Keep current with skincare innovations, ingredients, and industry trends.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or related fields (e.g., Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Wellness, or Education).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in skincare training, beauty education, or working in a salon/spa environment.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in skincare, facial protocols, and wellness trends.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Chinese & English; Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
  • Comfortable using PowerPoint, Zoom, and other digital tools.
  • Willing to travel for training sessions around Malaysia.
  • Friendly, approachable, and passionate about educating others.
  • Salary from RM5,500 and above, based on experience.

Receptionist

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Handle incoming & outgoing mail, parcels, and documents
  • Maintain office cleanliness and supplies (pantry, stationery, etc.)
  • Coordinate office maintenance and meeting room reservations
  • Support administrative tasks across departments
  • Assist HR with onboarding and employee engagement activities
  • Provide general support as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
