At the end of September, Unique Aesthetics Group held a refreshing staff retreat at the serene Ratu Rening Residency, nestled at the fringe of the Banjaran Titiwangsa range. Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of a flowing river, the retreat offered our team a peaceful escape to unwind and reconnect with nature — and with one another.
The retreat’s purpose was simple yet meaningful — to foster team connection, reflection, and rejuvenation. It wasn’t just a getaway, but a journey of growth, where every participant had the chance to slow down, rediscover themselves, and strengthen their relationships with fellow teammates.
Guided by Datin Suzanne, Owner of Ratu Rening, our self-discovery session, themed “The Roles We Play in Life,” invited everyone to explore how different life roles shape our perspectives, actions, and sense of balance. It was an inspiring reminder that awareness and understanding are at the heart of personal and professional fulfillment.
The two-day stay was filled with laughter, creativity, and genuine connection — from BBQ nights and fun team games, to mandala creation, river trekking, and bonfire bonding sessions under the stars.
More than just a retreat, this experience was our way of giving back to our amazing team — a heartfelt appreciation for their hard work, dedication, and the positive energy that fuels Unique Aesthetics every day.
As the weekend came to a close, everyone returned home with lighter hearts, stronger bonds, and renewed motivation. The retreat truly embodied the spirit of Unique Aesthetics — where people, purpose, and passion come together.
