Skeyndor's Annual Meeting

Skeyndor’s Annual Meeting in Malaga: United in the Journey to Go Beyond

Recently, the Spanish skincare brand Skeyndor held its much-anticipated annual meeting in Malaga, Spain, gathering over 140 distributors from more than 50 countries. From November 24th to 27th, at the renowned Gran Hotel Miramar, global partners came together to share ideas, discuss emerging trends, and explore the future of skincare. This prestigious event highlighted Skeyndor’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and building strong, lasting relationships, all of which have been integral to the brand’s success in the professional cosmetics industry.

The event was opened by Skeyndor’s CEO, Jordi Morcillo, who offered an inspiring message about the company’s growth and vision for the future. He highlighted the success of product lines like Eternal and MEGAN, both of which have propelled Skeyndor to greater international recognition.

Skeyndor’s Eternal line, featuring groundbreaking technologies such as stem cells, plant-based plasma, and exosomes, has seen remarkable success, with sales tripling in just a year. Meanwhile, the MEGAN system has revolutionized the skincare industry by blending the latest scientific advancements with exceptional skincare benefits, earning global acclaim. These successes exemplify Skeyndor’s unwavering focus on research and technological development, ensuring its leadership in the cosmetics sector.

In addition to its technological prowess, Skeyndor’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts were a key focus of the event. Morcillo highlighted the company’s partnership with the CRIS Cancer Foundation, through which Skeyndor helps fund breast cancer and skin melanoma research. This initiative has earned Skeyndor two prestigious awards, further cementing its reputation as a brand that gives back to society.

Additionally, Skeyndor’s upcoming spring campaign for 2024 will be a collaboration with La Casa de Carlota, a design studio that employs individuals with intellectual disabilities, reflecting the brand’s commitment to inclusivity and human development.

Sustainability is also a key priority for Skeyndor, with the brand steadily transitioning toward eco-friendly packaging and production methods. Already, recyclable materials are being incorporated into its product lines, and compostable cellophane is being used in premium offerings.

During the event, Skeyndor’s leadership team also discussed the evolving landscape of the professional cosmetics industry, with a particular focus on the growing intersection of aesthetic medicine and skincare. Tatiana Kolomoiets, Skeyndor’s distributor in Ukraine, shared her success story and underscored how these two sectors, once separate, are now increasingly complementary, presenting new opportunities for growth.

Looking ahead to 2025, Skeyndor is set to launch two exciting new product lines. The Aquatherm line, known for its expertise in sensitive skin, will be reformulated to offer a new range designed specifically for reactive skin. This innovative collection addresses the four primary causes of sensitive skin: altered epidermal barrier function, neurosensorial hyperreactivity, imbalanced microbiota, and inflammation. In addition, the Age Photo Defense line will offer advanced sun protection, using exclusive [D+] TECH technology to safeguard against UV damage and help compensate for vitamin D deficiencies caused by sun exposure.
